LEADERSHIP TEAM

Bob Adamo, Founder & President

Prior to founding Technical Builders, Bob Adamo spent over a decade in facilities management and general contracting, working with several Silicon Valley high-technology companies. Leveraging his extensive industry knowledge and expertise, Bob launched his own construction firm to supersede all others in serving the design/build and retrofit needs of emerging and existing technology companies in the Bay Area. Since that time, Technical Builders has expanded its scope of projects and industries served, while still specializing in technically challenging construction projects.

Bob is currently on the Board of the Association for Facilities Engineering (AFE). He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Tom Rickett, Vice President

Tom brings an extensive background of facilities management to our leadership team. Prior to joining Technical Builders, Tom held senior facility management positions in the high tech and medical device industries in the Bay Area. His understanding of business operations, technical construction methods, and the time-to-market demands of the Silicon Valley make him a valuable asset to our customers throughout all project phases. Besides running advanced projects for TBI, Tom is responsible for operations. He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University.
