Foundry Networks, San Jose, CA - $1,900,000 Interior improvements consisting of 70,000 SF of new interiors from shell condition. Project included new FM 200 fire suppression system, extensive power distribution and completed in 10 weeks on a fast-track basis. New Focus, San Jose, CA - $11,600,000 Phased design/build interior renovation of a 120,000 SF two story building in 2 phases. Phase I consisted of large scale interior demolition and new construction consisting of new lighting, ceilings, partition walls and finishes for corporate and administrative offices. Phase II included demolition, new bathroom cores, laboratory and 30,000 SF of new Class 10,000 clean room space, and exterior equipment pads. e-VOICE, Menlo Park, CA - $750,000 Design/Build 12,000 SF interior improvements that included curved, angled walls, expanded restroom core, new HVAC and new finishes. Project was built in an existing "barrel warehouse" and required extensive structural modifications to the truss system to support the new HVAC and electrical distribution. Franklin Resources, Inc., San Mateo, CA - $2,100,000 High-end offices and stock trading floors. Phased construction of 3 floors of a mid-rise office building. Included key issues of life-safety, safe removal of demo debris, new offices and restroom cores, and accelerated constructions schedule. Genesis Microchip Corp., San Jose, CA - $1,750,000 60,000 SF interior improvements completed from shell in 10 weeks. Project included new offices and labs, server room, and toilet core. JDS Uniphase, Bldg 7, San Jose, CA - $1,100,000 22,000 SF new executive office area including new Executive Boardroom, new exercise and mailing rooms and new showers. Completed in 6 weeks. Legacy Partners- Gold St. Lobbies, San Jose, CA - $2,500,000 Construction of 5 lobby and restroom cores in 5 new two story buildings, including new stairs, elevators, lobby finishes and restroom cores. Work was completed on a fast-track basis in 12 weeks. Macrovision, San Jose, CA - $1,450,000 Remodel and upgrade of 60,000 SF building including new toilet cores, offices, labs and training areas. Yahoo!, Santa Clara, CA - $600,000 Fast track interior renovation of 55,000 SF of existing office space, converted to open environment. Project included Data Center, extensive use of color and patterns. |
