Applied Materials, Santa Clara, CA - $2,300,000 Building 2 TGO retrofit and installation of 13 tools. Asyst Technologies, Fremont, CA - $700,000 Design/Build fast-track construction of a new 3,000 SF Class 10 Clean Room completed in 6 weeks. Axon Photonics, Fremont, CA - $1,175,000 Design/Build Clean Room expansion totaling approximately 2,000 SF of new Class 100 Clean Room with temperature and humidity control. Project included new D.I. water system, scrubber, and a CDA and Chiller pad. Bandwidth 9, Fremont, CA - $1,520,000 Fast-track office interior and design/build Clean Rooms. Project involved the construction of 15,000 SF of new office interiors from shell, construction of 5,000 SF of 45% RH Class 10,000 Clean Rooms in 7 weeks. Cybeq NanoTech New CMP Tool Facility, San Jose, CA - $2,300,000 Design/Build construction of new Class 10, Class 100 and Class 1000 areas totaling 5,000 SF. Project included temperature and humidity control, new mechanical pad for D.I. water and AWN systems, and a new Class 100,000 Tool manufacturing area totaling 10,000 SF. ImageQuest Technology (Intarsia), Fremont, CA - $1,390,000 3,200 SF of new Class 100 Clean Room, including pad expansion and H-6 areas. Project was designed, permitted and built in 14 weeks. Maxell Corporation of America, Santa Clara, CA - $1,200,000 Design/Build H-6 CD Rom manufacturing facility known as the first of its kind in the area at the time it was built. Project included Mastering Room, new production areas, AWN system and extensive building service modifications. Rohm 6" FAB Conversion Phases 2 & 3, Sunnyvale, CA - $7,000,000 Projects included: cafeteria remodel, lobby remodel, new rooftop platforms, EPI Reactor installation, 12KW emergency generator, new Class 10 Clean Room and other extensive building and support area modifications. Nanogram, Fremont, CA - $2,300,000 Design/Build Class 100 Clean Room and equipment installation. New Focus, San Jose, CA - $9,500,000 Design/Build Class 1000 Clean Room for manufacture and assembly of Optical Components. Project includes large chiller pad and massive air-handling capabilities for the 30,000 SF Clean Room. Project built on a fast-track basis. Nova Crystals, San Jose, CA - $2,500,000 Design/Build new EPI FAB and Wafer FAB in an existing facility. Included conversion of facility from B occupancy to H-6, which required a full seismic upgrade to the building, a new Hydrogen tank and installation of two EPI reactors. Oepic, Sunnyvale, CA - $5,600,000 Design/Build Class 100 Clean room for semiconductor-type processing of Optical switches, utilizing the MOCVD process. Project totals approximately 10,000 SF of new Clean Room and support facilities. Rohm 6" FAB Conversion Phase 1, Sunnyvale, CA - $5,500,000 Design/Build renovation of 24,000 SF of H-6 Clean Room converting from 4" wafer production to 6". Includes new electrical, process piping, HVAC toxic gas alarm and monitoring systems, HF waste separation project, and installation of over 100 process tools. Silicon Genesis Corporation, San Jose, CA - $1,300,000 Design/Build H-6 includes new Class 10 and Class 100 Clean Rooms totaling approximately 2,000 SF, new AWN, scrubber and D.I. Water system, and the installation of 15 process tools. Project designed, permitted and completed in 14 weeks. Silicon Valley Group, San Jose, CA - $1,250,000 Design/Build construction of new Class 100 and Class 10 Clean Rooms for new 300 MM process tools. Project included new equipment pads, new mechanical and electrical services and installation of 10 new vertical furnaces. Silicon Microstructures, San Jose, CA - $2,850,000 Design/Build construction of 15,000 SF of phased demolition of existing clean rooms and construction of new clean rooms including Class 100 Photo Lithography Clean Room, Etch Clean Rooms, and others. Project was fast track and included fit up of all tools. Supertex, Sunnyvale, CA - $1,650,000 Design/Build Class 10 Clean Room expansion totaling 2,300 SF that included new acid neutralization system and the installation of 9 process tools. Zepton Networks, Sunnyvale, CA - $4,850,000 Design/Build new EPI and Wafer fabrication facility in an R&D building. Project included seismic upgrade to 97 Code, new 3,000 SF equipment pad, new Nitrogen and Hydrogen bulk storage pads, new D.I. water system, scrubber, CDA, emergency power and 10,000 SF of new H-6 manufacturing area that included new Class 1000, 100 and Class 10 Clean Rooms. Project was designed, permitted and built in 5 months. |
