A message from the President:

As you may have noticed, our site is undergoing a transformation. If you’re familiar with our company – either as a current or past client, friend of the firm or trusted subcontractor – we wanted to share some of the exciting changes taking place at Technical Builders.

From a services standpoint, Technical Builders is still proud to offer complete high-end interior and turnkey construction solutions for a wide variety of clients and building types that require a more technical, “facilities-based” perspective and accelerated timeline. We have numerous happy clients, from clean room builds to manufacturing facilities, corporate campus expansion and TI clients, who can attest to our “stress-free” approach to general contracting. This won’t ever change, as we’ve found that our model, since 1992, continues to get our client projects done with little disruption and to expected budget.

Because we’re in the business of modernization and expansion, we felt it was time to apply our core strength to our own business and undergo a “brand TI” that better communicated how we consistently bring structure and order to often times fast-paced and chaotic situations. Our new logo and tagline, “Specialists in facilitating structure“ visually illustrates this concept, and we couldn’t be more excited to move into the next chapter of Technical Builders with our new look.
