The following are some of our Corporate Office and High-End Interior
projects:
- Rearden Commerce - Interior T.I. of 80,000 SF from
warm-shell space to finished Class A office space. Project was on
the 6th, 7th, and 8th floor of a mid-rise building. All work was completed
in 16 weeks. This project included a host of high end interior finishes
to support a collaborative and enjoyable working environment for their
employees.
- e-VOICE - Design/Build 12,000 SF interior improvements
that included curved, angled walls, expanded restroom core, new HVAC
and new finishes. Project was built in an existing "barrel warehouse"
and required extensive structural modifications to the truss system
to support the new HVAC and electrical distribution.
- Foundry Networks - Interior improvements consisting
of 70,000 SF of new interiors from shell condition. Project included
new FM 200 Fire Suppression System and extensive power distribution.
Project was completed in 10 weeks on a fast-track basis.
- Franklin Resources, Inc. - High-end offices and
stock trading floors. Phased construction of 3 floors of a mid-rise
office building. Included key issues of life-safety, safe removal
of demo debris, new offices and restroom cores, and accelerated constructions
schedule.
- Genesis Microchip Corp. - 60,000 SF interior improvements
completed from shell in 10 weeks. Project included new offices and
labs, Server Room, and toilet core.
- JDS Uniphase, Bldg 7 - 22,000 SF new executive
office area including new Executive Boardroom, new Exercise and Mailing
Rooms and new showers. Completed in 6 weeks.
- Legacy Partners - Gold St. Lobbies - Construction
of 5 lobby and restroom cores in 5 new two story buildings, including
new stairs, elevators, lobby finishes and restroom cores. Work was
completed on a fast-track basis in 12 weeks.
- New Focus - Phased design/build interior renovation
of a 120,000 SF two story building in 2 phases. Project included large
scale interior demolition and new construction for corporate and administrative
offices. Project also included new bathroom cores, laboratory, and
30,000 SF of new Class 10,000 Clean Room space.
- Yahoo! - Fast track interior renovation of 55,000
SF of existing office space, converted to open environment. Project
included Data Center, extensive use of color and patterns
- Crossbow - Interior and exterior tenant improvements
as required for a high-tech firm. Interior space consisted of approximately
30,900 SF of office space, electronics manufacturing areas, warehouse,
and exterior site improvements. Construction time from shell to move-in
ready was less than 2 months.
